  • Jobs/Positions ranked by “Job Evaluation” in a logical, transparent, and neutral way on a pre-determined scale with salary ranges
  • Anonymous employee surveys

The clients we serve and partners with which we collaborate are a reflection of TFS, valued and important to our growth and sustainability. As such, we expect that they too uphold and abide by the principles and requirements of our sustainability policies, or follow their own sustainability policies with the same principles. TFS’ policies and procedures instituted to ensure clients and partners or vendors comply with CSR in addition to the our Code of Conduct and governmental and regulatory guidelines we practice include:

  • Internal and external audits
  • Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption policy
  • Whistle Blowing guideline
  • Communication and training about anti-corruption policies and procedures

Our Environment

Precautionary approach and assume responsibility where possible

While TFS does not use raw materials, water and energy, or generate waste and air pollution directly as a result of its service provision, wherever possible, we work to reduce our environmental impact by preventing and reducing pollution and contribute to long-term, sustainable development through active and systematic environmental work.

We use technology to reduce climate impact by, for example:

  • Having energy efficient offices and using eco-labelled office equipment
  • Contributing to recycling
  • Avoiding unnecessary travel
